Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with a strong background in AI/ML Operations to enhance IT operations through advanced ServiceNow solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ITOM applications, integrating with third-party tools, and leveraging AI/ML for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM applications including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Implement AIOps solutions using Predictive Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities for incident prediction, anomaly detection, and automated remediation
- Configure Event Management for intelligent alert correlation and noise reduction
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate IT operations
- Create Performance Analytics dashboards and reports for ITOM metrics
- Maintain CMDB accuracy through Discovery patterns and Service Mapping
- Provide technical documentation and support for production incidents
