Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM), particularly in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The role involves leading workshops, demonstrating solutions, refining requirements, and configuring ServiceNow ITAM modules while providing strategic advisory support. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, ensuring successful solution delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate ITAM (HAM/SAM) workshop sessions with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and propose best-fit ITAM solutions
  • Design and configure HAM and SAM modules on the ServiceNow platform
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories
  • Refine and groom backlog stories, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility
  • Provide advisory support and best practice recommendations for ITAM implementation
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and automation using Flow Designer and scripting
  • Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business teams for end-to-end solution delivery
  • Support integration, data migration, and CMDB alignment activities
  • Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and adherence to ServiceNow standards

Key Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in ITAM, with hands-on experience in HAM and SAM implementations
