Job Description

• API Development
• Development and bug resolution for Scripted REST APIs within Global ServiceNow scope x_wms_ecm
• Field mapping validation across Ethics Case, Investigation, Party, and Allegation records
• Request payload validation, error handling, and data integrity fixes for inbound data from the CN ECM (Local) system
• Application & Integration Development
• Global Local integration: trigger logic, response handling, and retry mechanisms for outbound events from Global ServiceNow to CN ECM
• Continuous integration setup for bidirectional data sharing, including data verification pipelines and fix workflows
• Global EY (China Artemis) integration and near-real-time data sync from the Local system back to Global 3. Historical Data Transfer
• Design, execution, and validation of bulk historical data load from Global ServiceNow to the CN ECM (Local) system
• Data reconciliation and field-level verification post-load
• Attachment Handling
• Continuous attachment sync pipeline (event-driven)
• Historical attachment backfill setup between Global and Local systems
