ServiceNow Integration Developer (Remote)

Primary purpose

Design and implement secure, reusable exchanges between ServiceNow, dcTrack, and other approved enterprise systems.

Required skills

• REST APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• Flow Designer integration actions and Scripted REST APIs
• JSON payloads, authentication, credentials, and connection management
• Asynchronous processing, retry, logging, and error patterns
• Data transformation and external-record correlation
• MID Server concepts and secure enterprise integration design

Preferred experience

• DCIM, infrastructure, asset, network, or procurement integrations
• Sunbird dcTrack experience is highly desirable but not mandatory when enterprise API experience is strong

Delivery expectations

• Implement ServiceNow-to-dcTrack project, model, configuration, and planning inputs.
• Retrieve assessment, planning, reservation, blocker, and reference status from dcTrack.
• Build reusable integration actions and correlation methods.
• Implement operational logging, monitoring, retries, and exception handling.
• Document payloads, authentication, mappings, and support procedures.
• Avoid spreadsheet-based ServiceNow workarounds when supported system APIs or dcTrack-native processes are available.
