Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to optimise and transform an existing HR Service Delivery platform. The role will focus on reducing technical debt, simplifying customisations and maximising the use of out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities.
You will work closely with HR, product owners and technical teams to define the target-state architecture, improve platform maintainability and develop a roadmap aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing HRSD architecture, workflows, integrations and customisations.
- Identify technical debt, upgrade risks and opportunities for platform optimisation.
- Drive OOTB adoption and reduce unnecessary bespoke development.
- Define target-state architecture and the HRSD transformation roadmap.
- Establish architecture governance, design standards and best practices.
- Improve HR processes through Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Journey Management and HR Agent Workspace.
- Support the optimisation of the HRSD Knowledge Centre and employee experience.
- Present recommendations and engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD architecture.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow platform optimisation and transformation.
- Strong understanding of technical debt remediation and OOTB adoption.
- Experience with HR processes, architecture governance and target-state design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering architecture assessments, fit-gap analyses and transformation roadmaps.
