We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect for a public sector transformation programme.
You will assess and optimise an existing HRSD platform, reduce technical debt and customisations, drive out-of-the-box (OOTB) adoption, and define a scalable target architecture and transformation roadmap.
Key requirements:
- Extensive ServiceNow HRSD architecture experience.
- Proven experience in platform optimisation and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of OOTB capabilities, governance and best practices.
- Experience reducing customisations and technical debt.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
