• Creation of High level and Low-level designs
• Helping development team during implementation, testing & roll out
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct detailed HR process analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions

Key Skills:
