Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with over 5 years of experience to support the implementation and enhancement of HR Service Delivery solutions on a fully remote basis. The role involves configuring and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD, collaborating with HR and IT teams, and ensuring compliance and best practices. The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Design and enhance HR service processes, workflows, and self-service functionalities.
  • Configure case management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and other HRSD functionalities.
  • Engage with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems and provide troubleshooting and enhancements for HRSD solutions.
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow HRSD experience, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and automation.
  • Proven experience implementing HR Service Portals, Virtual Agent, Case Management, and Employee Center.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while engaging with global teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
