Summary: ServiceNow HRSD Developer role focused on the implementation, configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
- Work on HR Services, Record Producers, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and workflows.
- Design and implement business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, notifications, flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support HRSD solution design, technical feasibility analysis, and implementation planning.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in documentation, user stories, technical design, and release activities.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development.
- Experience with HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Knowledge Base, and Lifecycle Events.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
