Requirements:

  1. Must have HRSD certificate and a Bachelor s degree
  2. 4 years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
  3. 3 years designing, developing, and implementing secure n-tier architecture (e.g., web applications, databases, and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions to support departmental business functions using business and system requirements and system specifications.
  4. 3 years developing end-user training materials; gathering data to perform statistical analysis and report outcomes; formulating and recommending policies and procedures; performing effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities; establishing and maintaining project priorities; applying organizational policies and procedures to information technology operations; applying systems life cycle management concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate, and maintain information systems.
