Summary: The ServiceNow HRSD Architect role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules. The position involves managing technical delivery, understanding customer requirements, and implementing IT Service Management processes. The architect will also coordinate with global teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. This is a long-term remote position based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
  • Understand the current class manager structure and remove unwanted custom classes from CMDB.
  • Gather business services and associated application services details from client teams.
  • Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand technology stacks for event management and service maps.
  • Analyze the current instance status and prepare project plans to apply the CSDM model.
  • Define technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Implement various IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, and project management.
  • Consult on complex business processes and technical concepts.
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using various technologies.
  • Expertise in custom module implementations and workflow administration.

Job Description:

10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM modules.
Experience with ServiceNow modules HRSD , WSD ( Workplace Service Delivery ) , Source to Pay modules
Experience with scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow customization features.
Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.
Experience as a Senior Solution Architect with HRSD/WSD /ITSM

Serve as primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
Understand the current class manager structure and identified the unwanted custom class(which are available in OOTB) and removed from CMDB with standard procedure.
Gathering Business services and associated application services list and details from client team.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand all layers of the technology stacks that input into event management and service maps.
Analyze the current status of the instance and prepare the project plan to apply the CSDM model in the environment
Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management
Understand customer requirements, study the current configuration and translate to solutions, and communicate to clients.
Experience in implementing various IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog and defining ITIL Process
Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes and technical concepts
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc
Expertise in Custom module implementations.
Working experience on Workflow administration, SNOW Reporting, Form/UI configurations, Notifications, data imports, custom scripting.
