Key Responsibilities:
- Designs, configures, and implements ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business requirements
- Develops and maintains ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations using best practices
- Supports platform stability by monitoring deployments, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis
- Ensures adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security controls across the platform
- Integrates ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third party connectors
- Participates in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities, contributing to backlog refinement, estimation, and delivery commitments

A leading global retailer is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join them on a 6-month contract in a team responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise business processes and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designs, configures, and implements ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business requirements
- Develops and maintains ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations using best practices
