Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support recent ServiceNow HAM implementation efforts, including configuration, customization, and deployment on the Yokohama release.
- Design and develop HAM workflows, business rules, and integrations to support hardware lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the CMDB and HAM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM functionality, performance, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform enhancements, especially those introduced in the Yokohama release.
