Summary: The ServiceNow GRC Project Manager will lead the implementation of a Governance, Risk & Compliance program using ServiceNow within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires managing project delivery, coordinating teams, and overseeing governance and reporting. The position is a 6-month contract, fully remote, and requires strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ServiceNow GRC projects and a solid understanding of compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow GRC project
  • Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Oversee project plans, RAID logs, governance, and reporting
  • Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and delivery tracking
  • Support deployment of GRC modules including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow GRC/IRM projects
  • Strong stakeholder and programme management skills
  • Experience delivering Agile or hybrid projects
  • Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
