Summary: The ServiceNow GRC/IRM Administrator role involves managing the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management applications within a financial services context. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure GRC applications including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper segregation of duties.
  • Design, configure, and maintain workflows for risk assessments, policy updates, audits, and other GRC processes.
  • Facilitate integration of GRC applications with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users, enabling effective use of GRC tools.
  • Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with the ServiceNow Platform team to implement and test platform upgrades.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to deliver insights into risk posture, compliance status, and audit findings.

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow GRC/IRM Administrator to join a client of ours in financial services and take ownership of the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications. This is a key role in ensuring our organization effectively manages risk, maintains compliance, and drives continuous improvement across GRC processes.

Key Responsibilities:
