Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management solutions.
Mandatory Candidate Qualifying Questions
- Experience Check: Do you have 4–6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Audit, Security, or Risk Management programs? (Mandatory: YES)
- Domain Understanding: Do you have a strong understanding of Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Control Frameworks, and risk assessment processes? (Mandatory: YES)
Primary Role
Configure, implement, support, and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, compliance, audit, and policy management initiatives.
Key Tasks
Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, and support teams to automate workflows, enhance platform capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence.
Environment
Agile delivery teams, IT service management (Incident, Change, Production Support), and technical integration support.

- Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
