ServiceNow GRC Developer

A ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Developer designs and configures Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

They build workflows for policy, risk, and audit management to help organizations mitigate operational risks and track regulatory adherence.

This role requires strong scripting abilities and deep platform knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Configuration: Implement and configure core ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Platform Development: Design customized forms, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and flow designers using JavaScript.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from legal, compliance, and IT security teams to translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing & Support: Create automated test frameworks, perform unit testing, and provide ongoing maintenance for deployed GRC applications.
