The ideal candidate will be a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on the Financial Services industry. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. A key responsibility will be to lead the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design:Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow FSO solutions, including workflows for claims, operations, and customer service. Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term goals.
  • MVP Development & Delivery:Take the lead in defining, scoping, and delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to quickly validate business value and provide a foundation for future development.
  • Technical Leadership:Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Integration & Automation:Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow FSO and other enterprise systems using tools like IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
