ServiceNow Developer with Vulnerability response (VR), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Incident Response (SIR)

Role: ServiceNow Sr Developer

ServiceNow development experience in modules such as Vulnerability response (VR), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Incident Response (SIR)

Strong experience of ServiceNow platform development including, but not limited to Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Inbound email actions, Email parser, Indicators (GRC), etc.

Hands-on experience in Service Catalogs, Workflows & Flow Designer

Strong experience in Integrating ServiceNow with 3rd Party applications using REST message, spokes

Experience in Orchestration activities

Experience in CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery

Good troubleshooting skills

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirement gathering, Analyze and provide solution design for functional requirements

Development - Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, Notifications, UI Builder and etc.

Provide technical consultation to the customer / team members

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable & qualitative ServiceNow solutions.

Identify & suggest best practices, new features, enhancement opportunities, areas of improvement for the customer

Certifications: CSA, CAD
