Summary: As a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer, you will enhance the digital experience for the DLA Enterprise by developing user-centered design strategies and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for the DLA Enterprise by developing research strategies to uncover user needs through focus groups and various data collection methods. You will represent the interests of enterprise stakeholders, functional customers, and government partners throughout the entire design lifecycle, from initial discovery to design validation and customer adoption. Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with users to gather requirements, defining roles and experiences, and establishing UI/UX standards that align with organizational goals. You will also collaborate closely with architects and application developers to create design prototypes and ensure seamless integration within the ServiceNow platform.

In this position, will leverage your expertise in front-end development, ServiceNow, and portal development to deliver customized solutions and enhancements. You will work within a cross-functional agile team, analyzing and delivering user stories, features, and improvements while adhering to Human Centered Design (HCD) principles. Exposure to tools and processes such as ServiceNow application development, agile methodologies, unit testing, and security best practices will be highly beneficial.
