Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture (tables, scripts, workflows, ACLs, etc.).
  • Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine for building custom applications.
