Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules to meet business and security requirements.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and ServiceNow platform teams to implement automation and orchestration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party vulnerability scanning and SIEM tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk).
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, and Flow Designer automations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years focused on SecOps and Vulnerability Response.
- Strong understanding of security operations workflows, incident response, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration best practices.
