Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role requires expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre. This hands-on position demands strong skills in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization. Candidates must have a proven track record in ServiceNow development and be able to manage customer and stakeholder expectations effectively. The position is a 3-month contract and requires SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across key modules.
- Implement end-to-end ServiceNow processes from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Work with integrations and adhere to agile/waterfall models.
- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide consultancy expertise as needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and operating ServiceNow (3+ years).
- Experience working according to agile/waterfall models.
- Experience with integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
