Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Utilize ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and other integration tools to extend platform capabilities.
