Key Responsibilities:
- Experience 12+ years in ServiceNow
- Having ITSM development knowledge especially in scripting
- Experience in Integrations using Web spoke, Rest, Integration Hub
- Experience in integrations like Github, Google CCAI, Tanium and many along with customizations
- Hands-on experience in Virtual Agent in creating New Topics (not OOO)
- Adequate knowledge in HRSD module and development of onboarding/offboarding and many
- Must be able to handle stakeholders under pressure
- Must have knowledge in creating knowledge articles

- Expert-level proficiency in Integration Hub, creating custom Spoke actions, and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on integration experience with Github, Google CCAI, and Tanium

- Strong development background in HRSD, specifically for Enterprise Onboarding/Offboarding
