Summary: We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with over 12 years of experience to design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and applying IT Service Management best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in ITSM development, integrations, and Virtual Agent functionalities. Strong skills in HRSD module development are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience 12+ years in ServiceNow
• Having ITSM development knowledge especially in scripting
• Experience in Integrations using Web spoke, Rest, Integration Hub
• Experience in integrations like Github, Google CCAI, Tanium and many along with customizations
• Hands-on experience in Virtual Agent in creating New Topics (not OOO)
• Adequate knowledge in HRSD module and development of onboarding/offboarding and many
• Must be able to handle stakeholders under pressure
• Must have knowledge in creating knowledge articles

Key Skills:

• 12+ Years of total experience in ServiceNow
• Expert-level proficiency in Integration Hub, creating custom Spoke actions, and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on integration experience with Github, Google CCAI, and Tanium
• Proven ability to create New Topics and NLU models for Virtual Agent (not just configuring OOTB topics)
• Strong development background in HRSD, specifically for Enterprise Onboarding/Offboarding
• Experience with IT Service Management
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control
