Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role involves joining a platform team to develop and enhance applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder for a banking client. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize custom applications and platform capabilities using App Engine / App Engine Studio
- Configure and enhance core modules including ITSM (HRSD or other modules a plus)
- Build workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, UI components, and integrations aligned to business needs
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, environment migrations, and documentation
- Troubleshoot platform issues and improve performance and user experience
- Stay current on new ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, including GenAI, automation, and App Engine innovations
Key Skills:
- 2-5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong proficiency with App Engine / App Engine Studio
- Flow Designer

- JavaScript, platform configuration, ACLs, and data model
- Experience building custom apps or extending out-of-the-box functionality
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile delivery environment

- Exposure to GenAI, Virtual Agent, or automation initiatives (nice to have)
