ServiceNow Developer

Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role requires a seasoned professional with 9-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Service Portals.
• Implement workflows in CSDM, HRSD, and PPM.
• Support testing, requirements, and documentation of infrastructure or cloud technology environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow with REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration HUB.
• Implement ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
• Manage Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
• Work with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and APIs.
• Apply Agile methodologies for software development.
• Build and maintain Service Catalogs.
• Create widgets for ServiceNow Service Portal.
