Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. You will play a key role in implementing solutions that improve IT and business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and MID Servers.
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and organizational change management processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, releases, and industry trends.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Store applications and custom app development (preferred).
- Knowledge of security and user access best practices (preferred).
