Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. You will play a key role in implementing solutions that improve IT and business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and MID Servers.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and organizational change management processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, releases, and industry trends.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Store applications and custom app development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security and user access best practices (preferred).
