Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer involves developing a range of ServiceNow applications for a high-growth FinTech company based in North Leeds. The position requires strong expertise in core ServiceNow development and configuration, particularly in ITSM and workflow modules. The developer will work remotely and is expected to engage effectively with stakeholders while delivering high-quality solutions. This is an outside IR35 contract role with a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and configure ServiceNow business rules.
- Implement core ServiceNow configurations including CMS, business rules, and workflows.
- Understand and work with ITSM modules such as CSDM and CMDB.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Core ServiceNow configuration skills (CMS, business rules, workflows).
- Understanding of ITSM modules (CSDM, CMDB).
- Well-rounded knowledge of ServiceNow (CSM, ITBM, ITSM).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
