Summary: We are looking for three experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a major transformation programme for a leading managed service provider. These roles are primarily remote with occasional travel to Manchester and involve delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation and configuration, particularly in SPM, IRM/H&S/BCM, or HRSD modules. CTC clearance is preferred for these positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and implement functional and configuration changes across ServiceNow modules.
- Support seamless fault reporting and resolution within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Execute configuration, service delivery, and implementation activities (CSD).
- Operate confidently across SPN and CSN environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse teams.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
- Background in SPM, IRM/H&S/BCM, or HRSD modules.
- CTC clearance preferred (or eligibility to obtain).

Projects Available
1 x ServiceNow Developer - Incremental Change
Broad generalist with experience across SPM and IRM/H&S/BCM modules preferred.
Strong capability in managing and delivering incremental system changes.
2 x ServiceNow Developers - Payroll Project
Experienced in HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery).
Proven track record of integrating and maintaining payroll-related workflows within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
