Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer involves enhancing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform using advanced technologies such as App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring optimal platform performance and user satisfaction. This position is critical for driving digital transformation and delivering effective service management solutions. The contract is full-time for a duration of 12 months, starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and optimize applications within the ServiceNow platform using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop custom solutions.
- Implement and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow configurations.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of platform functionality through effective testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring optimal platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and new technologies, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
- Proven track record of developing and managing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and how they can be implemented in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
