ServiceNow Developer Remote (EST)

Our client in need of an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help build, modernize, and support solutions across client s ServiceNow platform. A key focus of this role will be migrating legacy Workflow Editor workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and developing scalable, maintainable automation and integrations.

What You ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Migrate and modernize legacy Workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio.
• Build reusable flows, subflows, actions, and integrations.
• Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Build and support REST/API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt.
• Partner with technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development, governance, and platform best practices.

Must Have:

• 5 8 years of total ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on development, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and the integration of plugins and third-party applications.
• Hands on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and legacy Workflow Editor.
• Demonstrated experience migrating or redesigning Workflows into Flows.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API skills.
• Experience with REST integrations and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

Nice to Have

• SAP Basis, SAP DevOps, or SAP-ServiceNow integration experience.
• SAM / Publisher packet, as well as IntegrationHub experience.
• Experience installing and configuring SAP, Adobe, and Microsoft Publisher Packs and SaaS connectors.
• ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, or Service Catalog experience.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or related certifications.
