ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in AI solutions and enterprise workflow automation to design, develop, and implement solutions using AI Control Tower. The ideal candidate will build and customize ServiceNow applications, integrate AI platforms, automate governance workflows, and support AI lifecycle management while ensuring compliance and security. AI Control Tower is designed to discover, govern, monitor, and measure AI assets across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure AI Control Tower modules, workflows, and dashboards.
• Build AI governance, approval, and compliance workflows.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party AI platforms using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage AI asset inventory, lifecycle, and governance processes.
• Create reports and dashboards for AI usage, risk, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with AI, security, risk, and business teams to implement enterprise AI governance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with:
• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub
• Service Catalog
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Builder
• Knowledge of AI governance concepts and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is an advantage.
