Summary: Solution IT Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely, focusing on the configuration and customization of technical solutions within an agile/scrum framework. The role involves developing workflows, forms, and integrations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM product capabilities and will operate with minimal oversight. This position is expected to last for over two months with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the configuration and customization of the technical solution tasks and activities driven by the prioritized agile/scrum stories defined for each sprint
  • Develops and configures various areas of the solution's technical architecture.
  • Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations underlying logic leveraging ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards
  • Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, identifying the best option, and implementing the solution
  • Responsible for the configuration and customization of the technical solution tasks and activities driven by the prioritized agile/scrum stories defined for each sprint
  • Develops and configures various areas of the solution's technical architecture.
  • Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations underlying logic leveraging ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards
  • Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, identifying the best option, and implementing the solution
