Summary: On behalf of key partners, RED is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The role requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules. Candidates must be based in Europe and possess strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement. This is a remote position aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through effective solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operationalizing CSDM 4.0 and aligning the data model with business processes.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions in CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, APM, EAW, and SPM.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and governance activities to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, CMDB health strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, product owners, and developers.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on platform capabilities, roadmap planning, and innovation opportunities.
• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic recommendations.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and solutioning.
• Deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, APM, EAW and SPM.
• Working knowledge of SPM and its integration with other modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, and scripting.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
