Role responsibilities:
- Platform Development and Configuration:
- Design, implement, and maintain features across core ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), AppEngine, Custom Applications, and Service Portal.
- Utilize platform tools such as Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Workspaces, Catalog Builder, and UI Builder to deliver scalable solutions.
- Configure and develop custom modules, forms, and workflows in alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Leverage scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) to optimize functionality and enhance user experience through automation.
- Drive process improvement through workflow automation and ServiceNow best practices.
- Integration and Reporting:
- Monitor and fine-tune system performance to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
- Manage existing ServiceNow integrations and develop new ones with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Support reporting needs by creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs that offer actionable business insights, including advanced analytics requests.
