Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and enhance Hardware Asset Management processes, including lifecycle tracking, procurement, inventory, and disposal
- Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Implement and optimize CSM capabilities to improve service delivery and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, procurement, facilities, and administrative departments) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT efforts
- Maintain platform stability, performance, and data integrity
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements
