Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer (FSM) involves developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the Field Service Management module. The position requires a deep understanding of various ServiceNow modules and experience in the Telecom domain is desirable. The developer will work remotely and is expected to have strong communication and client interfacing skills. This is a contract position with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, particularly in the FSM module.
- Implement Guided Decision Trees, Playbooks, and knowledge base experiences.
- Manage content creation/migration and UX interactions within the Snow Platform.
- Enhance configurable workspaces and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Analyze customer problems and gather requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
- Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow solutions and provide recommendations to clients.
- Work in an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum, User Stories, and Sprint models.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, especially FSM.
- Experience in Telecom domain (desirable).
- Guided Decision Tree, Playbook, and knowledge base implementation.
- Content creation/migration and UX interaction experience.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

Rate: $50 - $55/HR on W2
Skillset Required:
Area of expertise Deep understanding of all or some of these ServiceNow modules - ServiceNow Development, experience in FSM (Field Service Management) module. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable.
Essential Skills:
Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.
Content creation/migration and the UX interactions aspect of the migrated objects within the Snow Platform in the FSM (Field Service Management) module.
Experience implementing and enhancing configurable workspaces.
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
Build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and provide recommendations to the client.
Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model) Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements.
Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience.
