Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and routine maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Address and resolve incidents, service requests, and issues reported by users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new ServiceNow features, modules, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and related platform elements in accordance with best practices and corporate governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, operations, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Document technical processes, solution designs, and configuration changes for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
  • Support user training, demonstrations, and day-to-day questions to foster adoption and platform utilization.
