Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and UI components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.).
  • Build and maintain workflows, service catalog items, SLAs, and approvals.
  • Create integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and scripted APIs.
  • Manage CMDB configuration: CI discovery, data integrity, and relationship mapping.
  • Perform system upgrades, health checks, debugging, and platform optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and BAs to gather requirements, estimate effort, and participate in design and Agile ceremonies.
