Location: Fully Remote

Contract Type: Freelance

Start: March 2025

Duration: 6 months

Expected Skill Set:

Must-have skills:

• ITSM module (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge)


• Employee Service Center


• CMDB (Configuration- and Asset Management)


• Experience in setting up integrations with other systems, e.g. JIRA, Azure, MS Teams, Meraki, etc.


• Creation of catalog items


• Knowledge transfer to internal resources


• ServiceNow version upgrade


• SLA task activation

Nice-to-have:

• Basic SAP knowledge i.e. SAP integration with e.g. SAP Solution Manager


• ServiceNow HR module


• Custom application development


• Common service data model knowledge (CSDM model)

Language Skills:

English fluency required
