Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of ServiceNow projects and programmes across multiple workstreams
  • Manage delivery teams including developers, architects, BAs, and third-party suppliers
  • Drive planning, governance, risk management, and reporting activities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Ensure solutions are delivered to quality, budget, and timeline expectations
  • Support continuous improvement and best practice adoption across ServiceNow delivery

ServiceNow Delivery Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 - 12 weeks initially

My client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of ServiceNow projects and programmes across multiple workstreams
  • Manage delivery teams including developers, architects, BAs, and third-party suppliers
  • Drive planning, governance, risk management, and reporting activities
