ServiceNow CPQ Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• CPQ Architecture & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of the ServiceNow CPQ module, including CPQ Foundation and Advanced applications.
• Product Modeling & Configuration: Build and maintain complex, attribute-based product catalogs using the Logik.ai configuration engine embedded within the Now platform. Eliminate product sprawl by creating dynamic, rules-driven selection paths.
• Pricing & Logic Definition: Configure matrix pricing, multi-tiered subscription structures, bundle discounting rules, and localization logic within the CPQ engine.
• Workflow Automation: Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub to orchestrate automated quote-approval matrices, e-signature loops, and smooth handoffs to downstream fulfillment.
• Generative AI Integration: Implement and optimize Now Assist for CPQ capabilities to streamline conversational quoting and automated line-item generation for sales teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to translate business quoting policies into highly efficient automated system rules.

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years of dedicated experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), Order Management, or Sales and Order Management (SOM).
• CPQ/Configurator Experience: Hands-on experience building attribute-based configuration rules, pricing matrices, and constraint logic (experience with Logik.ai, Salesforce CPQ, or Oracle BigMachines is highly transferable).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management or Order Management
• Prior training or certification in Logik.ai Commerce Logic Engine
