Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with experience in Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation experience and a proven background in ServiceNow consulting and implementations.
This is a technical consulting role, not a Jr Developer or Administrator position, should have experience working in a consulting environment and delivering ServiceNow solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response.
- Implement and configure the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module and related Risk/SecOps capabilities.
- Work with CMDB, CIs, and CI relationships in support of Vulnerability Response and other ServiceNow modules.
- Translate client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and configurations.
- Collaborate with clients and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and consulting on ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), with experience across Risk/SecOps modules and a strong understanding of CMDB and relationships as they relate to Vulnerabilities.
- Proven ServiceNow consulting experience with a consulting company.
- Active CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS certification (VR/RC/TPRM).
- Strong client-facing and technical consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIS certification in Vulnerability Response (VR), Risk & Compliance (RC), or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- ServiceNow CTA certification.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow Risk/SecOps modules.
- Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in an enterprise consulting environment.
