Summary: The ServiceNow Consultant role involves supporting ServiceNow transformation projects by translating business requirements into features while minimizing customizations. The consultant will collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on best practices. Key responsibilities include delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations and optimizing existing solutions for performance and security. The position requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow features with minimal customizations.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect on design, development, and support of solutions.
• Deliver ServiceNow SPM implementations including Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Integrate with EAP and/or JIRA for delivery.
• Review and optimize implementations by other developers for better customization adherence and performance.
• Develop enhancements identified during the UAT phase and review existing designs for improvements.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio management, and Resource management.
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features.
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
• Additional experience in EAP is a plus.
