Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, strong cloud and integration experience, and a solid foundation in ITSM and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, governance, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
  • Produce high-quality architecture artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, roadmaps, and diagrams.
  • Ensure integration frameworks are effectively utilized, including APIs and Web Services.
  • Oversee data modeling, CMDB design, and enterprise data integrations.

Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • ITIL Foundation Certification – Required
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow
  • Strong experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Expertise in cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, including APIs, Web Services, and tools such as Mulesoft
  • Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and enterprise data integrations
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality architecture artifacts
