Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow CMDB environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and CMDB governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow CMDB architecture, design, and implementation.
- Design and maintain CI classes, relationships, attributes, and data models.
- Implement and optimize CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
- Establish CMDB governance, standards, and data quality processes.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, stale, and inaccurate CIs.
- Integrate CMDB with infrastructure, cloud, application, security, and third-party data sources.
- Work with MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Monitor CMDB Health, completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, infrastructure, application, security, and ITSM teams.
- Provide technical leadership and documentation for CMDB architecture and processes.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- 5+ years of strong ServiceNow CMDB experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
- Experience with CMDB Health, CI lifecycle management, data modeling, and governance.
- Experience with MID Server, APIs, REST/SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong enterprise ServiceNow architecture and integration experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with HIPAA/compliance environments.
- ServiceNow CSA / CMDB Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience with ITOM, ITSM, HAM/SAM, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
