Summary: The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Business Analyst role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes for Fortune 500 clients. This contract position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and strong business analysis skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for ServiceNow development teams.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are effectively implemented.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
