Summary: The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Business Analyst role is a contract position focused on optimizing business processes for Fortune 500 clients through the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring ServiceNow functionalities while collaborating with technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations. This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and strong business analysis skills. Candidates must be US-based citizens or Green Card holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for ServiceNow development teams.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are effectively implemented.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
