Summary: The ServiceNow Business Analyst (SPM Module) role is a contract position focused on leveraging extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Strategic Portfolio Management. The candidate will work remotely and is expected to have strong Agile methodology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a diverse team. The role involves understanding complex concepts and facilitating workshops and demos to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, in project execution.
- Engage in large transformation projects, applying experience with CSDM.
- Manage and support Strategic Portfolio Management functions including demand, project, resource management, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate effectively within a distributed, multicultural team environment.
- Facilitate workshops and prepare and run demos to communicate project progress and requirements.
- Break down complex concepts to clarify efforts and required changes.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe.
- Experience with CSDM and large transformation projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
- Team player with a positive attitude and open mindset.
